The inaugural Plastics Leadership Summit, with networking lunches, promises to be a unique three-day series of seminars for plastics industry management. The summit is designed to help C-level executives at plastics companies improve their understanding of the critical factors that determine company success.
 

The program topics will include:

Day One: Profit

Designed for C-level executives, this program will feature executives from the M&A, private equity, banking business education, and other relevant sectors. Planned topics include merger and acquisition, company valuation, capital sourcing, and corporate financial strategies.
 

Day Two: Product

Day Three: Production

Designed for manufacturing executives and general managers of manufacturing facilities, this program will feature leaders from both plastics manufacturing and national associations speaking on topics ranging from workforce development through the latest innovations in manufacturing including: additive (3D and 4D) manufacturing, closing the gap between research and technological innovation, and “smart manufacturing,” using real-time information to obtain a new level of visibility throughout the supply chain.
