Expovision is the NPE2009 official housing contractor and has serviced NPE visitors since 1997. Expovision takes pride in their high level of customer service and will assist you with all of your housing needs.

NPE2009 room blocks offer a variety of accommodations at a range of rates. Expovision has negotiated the lowest group rates at many of Chicago’s finest hotels. In order to ensure that your reservations are guaranteed and that you receive our discounted group rates, please book your reservations through the NPE2009 Housing Office:

Room requests will be processed as received, so please book early to receive preferred accommodations.

Deposits
All reservations for NPE2009 require a deposit per room. Deposit can be made by a major credit card or a check (drawn on a U.S. bank). No reservation will be processed without a deposit. The deposit will be credited to your hotel account upon check-in.

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover are acceptable for deposits. Your card will be charged immediately for the deposit. Credit card charges may not be charged to another card number after the initial charge has been processed. Deposits may be non-refundable after May 14, 2009.

Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of room for the remainder of stay.

Reservation Confirmation
Confirmation of room reservation(s) will be forwarded directly by the NPE2009 Housing Office within 72 hours after receipt of your request. This is the only confirmation you will recieve; you will not receive a reservation confirmation from the hotel.
