Expovision has negotiated the lowest group rates at many of Chicago’s finest hotels. In order to ensure that your reservations are guaranteed and that you receive our discounted group rates, please book your reservations through the NPE2009 Housing Office:

Room requests will be processed as received, so please book early to receive preferred accommodations. Blocks of rooms may be reserved initially under your company name. A complete and final list of guest names must be received by the NPE2009 Housing Office by May 14, 2009. Deposits American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover are acceptable for deposits. Your card will be charged immediately for the deposit. Credit card charges may not be charged to another card number after the initial charge has been processed. Deposits will be non-refundable after May 14, 2009. Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in loss of deposit and cancellation of room for the remainder of stay. Cut-off Deadline Please note: Hotels have no obligation to honor reservations made under a false name or under a company’s name.
