NEW International Plastics Design Competition Debuts at NPE2009
Organized by SPI’s Alliance of Plastics Processors (APP), the competition gives designers and manufacturers of components and finished products the opportunity to display their innovations before tens of thousands of plastics professionals. It’s the first APP competition open to products in any end-use market as well as to entrants from any country in the world. All competing entries will be critiqued by a distinguished panel of judges during NPE2009. Winning entries will be awarded at the Plastics Hall of Fame banquet on June 22. A call for entries is now open.
Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT) Executive Summit
This two-day program offers a unique multi-track forum for professionals who specify and use coatings on plastics, coating manufacturers and raw materials suppliers. Topics include: color and special effects; weathering performance; testing; durability; environmental and regulatory considerations; additives, solvents, pigments and fillers; applications; and much more.
