NPE2009 Business of Plastics Call for PapersNPE2009 Business of Plastics TrackThe NPE2009 Business of Plastics track, produced by leaders in the plastics industry, will provide an innovative education agenda to encourage industry growth and new market development, outline the best business management practices, identify today's downstream consumer demands, open doors to the international market, and add sustainable philosophy to your business strategy. Concurrent sessions will begin on Monday morning, June 22, and run through the close of the show on Friday, June 26. Learning labs, case studies, dynamic presentations, panel discussions, and other formats will be offered. The Business of Plastics track will focus on timely topics, such as:
The track will also offer a Student Program on Friday, June 26, that will feature focused tours of the show floor, speed interviews, and much more. The full program is under development and subject to change. The NPE2009 Education Committee is also interested to learn what other areas presenters may wish to address. SUBMISSION DEADLINES/GUIDELINESAll submissions must include a brief title that captures the essence of the presentation. And please provide a short description (150 words or less), identifying the specific skills/knowledge to be gained by attendees. NOTE: Presentations will be allotted a 30 minute time slot which will include oral presentation and audience interactions. Presentations should not sell, promote or pitch a specific product, service or company. Any proposal of a sales nature will be disqualified.
