ADVANCE REGISTRATION CUT-OFF MAY 18, 2009

You may continue to register exhibitor personnel for NPE2009, however, badges for any personnel registered after May 18 must be picked up onsite at any exhibitor registration area beginning on Friday, June 19, at 10AM Central Time.

EXHIBITOR ADVANCE REGISTRATION MAILING

Badges for exhibitor personnel registered prior to May 18 are being produced and mailed through early June to the appropriate company contact.

BADGE CORRECTIONS/CANCELLATION

If any badge received via mail requires corrections/cancellation, the incorrect/cancelled badge must be presented onsite in order to receive credit toward your allotment or fee paid. If your company used your quota of complimentary badges and requires new badges due to changes or cancellations and you do not present the mailed badge onsite, you will be required to pay the $25 fee for each additional/replacement badge. HALL ACCESS DURING MOVE IN/MOVE OUT

Exhibitor Badges permit entrance to the exhibit floor during move-in and move-out.

Temporary Work Passes will be available at the exhibit hall entrances during move-in/move-out only and will permit access to the exhibit floor for:

• Booth personnel who will be installing/dismantling booths but not working booth during the show.
• Booth personnel who did not receive an official exhibitor badge via mail.
