Scott Farmer has had a distinguished career working for some of the top businesses in the world.

Scott began his career with Hewlett Packard in Supply Chain and has remained a leader in the field for over 30 years.  He has had the privilege of working for world class companies including Honda, Bristol Myers and L’Oreal.  His business experience spans across many different sectors of industry and technology. 

Scott joined Berry Global in June of 1999 and serves as its Executive VPand Chief Procurement Officer.  During his tenure, he developed supply chain initiatives in one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of plastic packaging products, health and hygiene, plastic film products, specialty adhesives and coated products. Under his leadership the company has centralized their purchasing functions, automated the purchasing and logistics systems, integrated 40+ mergers and acquisitions, supported the growth from $250MM in annual revenue to $7.0B, and put in place strategic sourcing initiatives. He was part of the executive team that led the company’s successful IPO in 2012. He manages and is responsible for approximately $4.5B in annual expenditures spanning across 120 locations in 15 different countries.

Scott holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. He resides in Evansville, IN where he works at Berry’s corporate headquarters.
