Welcome to the NPE2009 application process. We look forward to working with you to help plan for a successful event and exhibiting experience. Please carefully review the Rules Governing Exposition on the back of the contract and the NPE2009 Rules & Regulations prior to making your booth selections.

Don’t Delay!

Your contract and deposit must be received by February 1, 2008, in order to qualify for inclusion in the NPE2009 Space Draw scheduled for February 19–20, 2008, in Chicago at McCormick Place West.

Payment Due Dates

For inclusion in the NPE2009 Space Draw:

• February 1, 2008: 20 percent deposit is due with Contract. Contracts and deposits received after February 1, 2008, but prior to an applicant’s drawing category, will select space at the end of their category in the order received.
  
• March 31, 2008: 50 percent non-refundable payment of total space fees less deposit.
• December 12, 2008: non-refundable balance payment due.

After February 20, 2008:
NPE2009 Application & Contracts received after February 20, 2008 must submit a 50 percent nonrefundable deposit with the non-refundable balance due by December 12, 2008.

After December 12, 2008
NPE2009 Application & Contracts received after December 12, 2008, must submit a non-refundable full payment.

If payments are not received by due dates, space assigned may be released and re-assigned. Cancellations received by Friday, February 15, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received after Friday, February 15, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time are non-refundable.
