1. When and where is NPE2009?
   June 22-26, 2009, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
2. What is the first step in order to exhibit at NPE2009 and qualify for the February Space Draw?
   You are at the right place. Go to the BUY SPACE drop-down tab on the exhibit sales microsite www.npe.org/exhibit and select Exhibitor Application. You can download a PDF of the “Application & Contract.”

3. What is the deadline for the Space Draw? And, when and where is it?
   The deadline for the Space Draw is February 1, 2008. The Space Draw will be held February 19-20 in Chicago at McCormick Place West (W375e).
4. What are the exhibit rates?
   The rates set by the NPE2009 Executive Committee are:
   
   SPI Member Discount
   100 to 250 square feet – $22.50/square foot
   251 to 800 square feet – $21.50/ square foot
   801 to 3000 square feet – $20.50/ square foot
   3001 square feet and up  – $19.50/ square foot
   Non-member Rate is $36.00/ square foot
5. How do I become a member of SPI to qualify for the discount rate?

6. Do I have to attend the Space Draw to select space?
   A company representative must be onsite to select space at the Space Draw. If a company representative is not present, SPI Management will select and assign booth space based on booth selections provided on the company’s NPE2009 Exhibit Space Application & Contract. If booth selections noted are not available, Management will assign space comparable to selections.

7. What halls are available at McCormick Place for NPE2009?
   The show will occupy the North, South and new West Halls.
