NPE2009 has adopted a weight density Advance Rate package program to better manage services for you at the show.

This program utilizes a formula that divides the weight of the product and exhibit display materials you plan to have at NPE by the amount of exhibit space you will occupy.

The result is a “density score” that places you into one of 7 different density plans.

Step 2: Please enter the total weight of your exhibit, material, product and machinery that you expect to ship to NPE2009 to determine your bundle category.

Your Advance Rate package price is based on the calculated weight density (lbs/ft²) category.
