  • When and where is NPE2021?

    NPE2021 will be held May 17–21, 2021, at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida, USA.
  • What halls at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) will be used for NPE2021?

    The show will occupy the West and South Buildings of the OCCC.
  • How do I register for NPE2021?

    You can register for NPE2021 through our online registration system starting in Spring 2020.
  • How much does it cost to register for NPE2021?

    Prices will be announced in Spring 2020. NPE offers exhibit-only passes as well as full conference registrations.

  • What is the projected number of exhibiting companies and organizations for NPE2021?

    NPE projects that there will be more than 2,000 exhibiting companies and organizations at the show.
  • What is the projected attendance for NPE2021?

    The projected attendance for NPE is 57,000+, with 87% having an influence on company purchasing decisions.
  • Where do I find hotels for NPE2021?

    Hotel information will be available online at NPE.org in the early Fall 2020.

  • What are the hours of the exhibit halls?

    The exhibit hall hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on Friday. 
  • What are the admission policies for accessing the NPE exhibit halls?

    No person under the age of 16 will be admitted to the exhibit halls during the installation and dismantling periods. All persons in the exhibit halls must have proper registration credentials. Students 14-16 years of age will be permitted in the exhibit halls during show hours under the supervision of an adult with proper credentials.
     
    Show management reserves the right to host student groups of any age on the show floor with appropriate supervision and guidance during show hours.  No individual exceptions will be made.  Contact: registration@npe.org to host a student group.
  • Are photographs and/or videotaping allowed in the NPE exhibit halls?

    Exhibitors must authorize all video and photographs of their booth, equipment and display materials. Should an exhibitor object to their display being photographed (still or in motion), photographs of that display will be prohibited. Show management has appointed Official Photographers to provide commercial photographs of the exhibits. No other commercial photographer/videographer will be admitted to the exhibits unless special arrangements are made with show management.
