  • When and where is NPE2018?

    NPE2018 will be held from May 7–11, 2018, at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida, USA.
  • Which halls at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) will be used for NPE2018?

    The show will occupy the West, North and South Halls of the OCCC.
  • What is the projected number of exhibiting companies and organizations for NPE2018?

    There will be over 2,000 exhibiting companies and organizations at the show.
  • What is the projected attendance for NPE2018?

    The projected number of attendees for NPE2018 is 65,000+, with 87% having an influence on company purchasing decisions.
  • Where do I find hotels for NPE2018?

  • What are the admission policies that apply to accessing the NPE2018 exhibit halls?

    No person under the age of 16 will be admitted in the exhibit halls during the installation, operation and dismantling periods. All persons in the exhibit halls must have proper registration credentials.
  • Are photographers and videographers allowed in the exhibit halls for NPE2018?

    Know the official NPE2018 camera policy. NPE allows accredited working media to take photos in exhibitor booths only with the permission of the exhibitor. Please read the NPE2018 official camera policy below:
     
    NPE allows attendees registered as PRESS to use video and still cameras on the show floor. Media badges are designated with the word PRESS for easy identification.
     
    Exhibitors may take pictures within their own booths for purposes of company or annual reports, company media pieces, marketing materials, etc.
     
    Attendees taking photos for social media can only do so with permission from the exhibitor.
     
    Under no circumstances will anyone be permitted to take pictures of an exhibitor’s product without permission from the exhibitor. Many products on display are innovative, proprietary, one-of-a-kind prototype items. Exhibitors have the right to refuse the taking of pictures in their booths.
     
    Unauthorized photos will be confiscated (along with the device). The offender's badge will be pulled and they will be blacklisted from attending future shows.

    • Reporters and/or editors’ registration fees will be covered at the discretion of the Plastics Industry Association.
    • Only reporters and editors are eligible to receive media credentials.
    • Reporters and/or editors are responsible for their own travel and lodging.
