  • When and where is NPE2021?

    NPE2018 will be held from May 17–21, 2021, at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, Florida, USA.
  • Which buildings at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) will be used for NPE2021?

    The show will occupy the West and North/South Buildings of the OCCC.
  • What is the projected number of exhibiting companies and organizations for NPE2021?

    There will be over 2,000 exhibiting companies and organizations at the show.
  • What is the projected attendance for NPE2021?

    The projected attendance for NPE is 56,000+.
  • Where do I find hotels for NPE2021?

    Expovision is the only Official Hotel Reservation Office for NPE2021. Hotel reservations for NPE2021 will open in September 2020. 
     
    SCAM ALERT: Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS), producer of NPE2021, has received several reports of invalid third party hotel room scammers contacting our attendees. These hotel booking scammers have no affiliation with NPE2021. Expovision has negotiated the lowest rates in Orlando, FL for NPE2021 and only require a one-night room rate plus tax deposit. Any company requiring full prepayment should be viewed with extreme suspicion.

  • What are the admission policies that apply to accessing the NPE exhibit halls?

    No person under the age of 16 will be admitted in the exhibit halls during the installation, operation and dismantling periods. All persons in the exhibit halls must have proper registration credentials.
  • Are photographers and videographers allowed in the exhibit halls for NPE?

    Know the official NPE2021camera policy. NPE allows accredited working media to take photos in exhibitor booths only with the permission of the exhibitor. Please read the NPE official camera policy below:
     
    NPE allows attendees registered as PRESS to use video and still cameras on the show floor. Media badges are designated with the word PRESS for easy identification.
     
    Exhibitors may take pictures within their own booths for purposes of company or annual reports, company media pieces, marketing materials, etc.
     
    Attendees taking photos for social media can only do so with permission from the exhibitor.
     
    Under no circumstances will anyone be permitted to take pictures of an exhibitor’s product without permission from the exhibitor. Many products on display are innovative, proprietary, one-of-a-kind prototype items. Exhibitors have the right to refuse the taking of pictures in their booths.
     
    Unauthorized photos will be confiscated (along with the device). The offender's badge will be pulled and they will be blacklisted from attending future shows.
